Core Exchange Policy
- Eligibility Window: Exchanges are valid within a maximum of 15 days from the original date of purchase.
- Regular Priced Items: The exchange facility is applicable only once per purchase for regular-priced items.
- Value Matching: Items can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value (subject to stock availability).
- No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds under any standard circumstances.
- Discounted Items: Products purchased under any sale, discount, or promotional offer are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Online Order Exchange Process
If you have purchased from our online store, please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:
- Ship Back: Send the item back to our designated address via courier within 3 days of receiving it.
- Documentation: The package must include the original purchase invoice.
- Quality Check (QC): Once our QC team receives and verifies the product, the exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. (Please note: Processing times may vary slightly during peak order volumes).
Exchange Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original state. Items will be inspected and must fulfill the following criteria:
- Condition: Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Tags: Original tags, labels, and barcodes must remain attached.
- Packaging: Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- Hygiene & Quality: Free from any stains, damages, odors, or perfume scents.
Refund & Payment Policies
- Online Pre-Paid Orders: If an online pre-paid item goes out of stock or fails our internal Quality Control (QC) check, a full refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Financial refunds are not applicable for COD orders. These transactions are strictly eligible for product exchanges only.
Delivery & Courier Charges
- Customer Responsibility: All delivery, return, and exchange shipping charges must be fully borne by the customer.
- Variability: Delivery fees vary depending on the chosen courier service and your geographic location.

Pick & Pack BD-তে আমরা চাই প্রতিটি কেনাকাটায় আপনি সম্পূর্ণ সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন। যদি কোনো পণ্য আপনার প্রত্যাশা পূরণ না করে বা ডেলিভারির সময় কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত সমস্যা দেখা যায়, তাহলে আমাদের স্বচ্ছ, সহজ এবং দ্রুত এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে আমরা আপনাকে সর্বোচ্চ সহায়তা প্রদান করব।

এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা
- এক্সচেঞ্জের সময়সীমা: ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য।
- নিয়মিত মূল্যের পণ্য: রেগুলার মূল্যে কেনা প্রতিটি পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে একবার এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য।
- সমমূল্য বা বেশি মূল্যের পণ্য: স্টক উপলব্ধ থাকলে সমমূল্য বা অতিরিক্ত মূল্য পরিশোধ করে বেশি মূল্যের অন্য পণ্যের সঙ্গে এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
- নগদ অর্থ ফেরত: সাধারণ পরিস্থিতিতে Pick & Pack BD নগদ অর্থ ফেরত (Cash Refund) প্রদান করে না।
- ডিসকাউন্ট ও অফারের পণ্য: সেল, ডিসকাউন্ট, অফার বা প্রচারণার আওতায় কেনা কোনো পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য নয়।
অনলাইন অর্ডারের এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া
অনলাইনে কেনা পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে নিচের ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন—
- কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পাঠান: পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে নির্ধারিত ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্যটি ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।
- ইনভয়েস সংযুক্ত করুন: পণ্যের সঙ্গে অবশ্যই মূল ক্রয় ইনভয়েস (Original Invoice) সংযুক্ত করতে হবে।
- কোয়ালিটি চেক (QC): আমাদের Quality Control (QC) টিম পণ্য গ্রহণ ও যাচাই করার পর ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
দ্রষ্টব্য: অর্ডারের চাপ বেশি থাকলে প্রক্রিয়াকরণে অতিরিক্ত কিছু সময় লাগতে পারে।
এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য পণ্যের শর্তাবলী
এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য পণ্য অবশ্যই মূল অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে। যাচাইয়ের সময় নিচের বিষয়গুলো নিশ্চিত করা হবে—
- পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অপরিষ্কৃত এবং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
- সকল মূল ট্যাগ, লেবেল ও বারকোড সংযুক্ত থাকতে হবে।
- মূল প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত ও সম্পূর্ণ থাকতে হবে।
- পণ্যে কোনো দাগ, ক্ষতি, দুর্গন্ধ, পারফিউমের গন্ধ বা অন্য কোনো ব্যবহারজনিত চিহ্ন থাকা যাবে না।
রিফান্ড ও পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা
অনলাইন অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট (Pre-Paid) অর্ডার
যদি অনলাইনে অগ্রিম মূল্য পরিশোধ করা কোনো পণ্য স্টকে না থাকে অথবা আমাদের Quality Control (QC) যাচাইয়ে অনুমোদিত না হয়, তাহলে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ৭ থেকে ১৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) অর্ডার
Cash on Delivery (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অর্থ ফেরত প্রযোজ্য নয়। এসব অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য বিবেচিত হবে।
ডেলিভারি ও কুরিয়ার চার্জ
গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব
রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ এবং পুনরায় ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য সকল কুরিয়ার ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
চার্জের পরিমাণ
ডেলিভারি চার্জ কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, পণ্যের ওজন এবং আপনার অবস্থানের ওপর নির্ভর করে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
আমাদের প্রতিশ্রুতি
আমরা জানি, বিভিন্ন কারণে সময়মতো রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা সবসময় সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে। এমন পরিস্থিতিতে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করার অনুরোধ করছি।
