- পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এবং নিরাপদ অনলাইন অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
৪. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ ও বাতিল
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ: কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিমের সফল যাচাইয়ের পরই একটি অর্ডার চূড়ান্তভাবে নিশ্চিত বলে গণ্য হবে।
- অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার: স্টক না থাকা, মূল্য সংক্রান্ত ত্রুটি, ভুল তথ্য অথবা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপের সন্দেহ হলে Pick & Pack BD যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
- ডেলিভারির সময়: ডেলিভারির সম্ভাব্য সময় আনুমানিক। গন্তব্য, আবহাওয়া, কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এবং অন্যান্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- তৃতীয় পক্ষের দায়বদ্ধতা: কুরিয়ার বা অন্যান্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারণে সৃষ্ট অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত বিলম্বের জন্য Pick & Pack BD দায়ী থাকবে না।
৬. রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড
রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ এবং রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত সকল অনুরোধ আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। উক্ত নীতিমালা এই শর্তাবলীর অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ।
৭. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
৮. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
